The cake launch of the government's "Vital Villages" project. After the photo shoot at our premises, we sliced up the cake, packaged it, and sent the pieces to 50 news agencies nationwide. Institute of Directors, Pall Mall, London. We rebuilt this cake after it was eaten, and it is now on permanent display in a glass cabinet at the IOD.


BBC production "The Wedding". Produced to celebrate the launch of the new Brann HQ. This cake fed 200 press and employees.


Cake for birthday party of the Blue Marlin PR company. Noah's ark for Wildscreen, Bristol. 500th anniversary of Bristol grammar School. Sugar light shown lit.

This cake was for an album launch party. The Bristol cake was so good, we were asked to make another for the London party!

Talking Pages — The 1st birthday cake for the Bristol launch was so successful that a second was ordered for Brighton.
Dolby Labs — We constructed, from blueprints, an exact copy of their new HQ at Wootton Bassett. It was cut by HRH Princess Anne.
International Animation Festival, Bristol — Fantasy cake to feed 800 children.

Animation —		 Numerous cakes; notably two Oscar replicas in chocolate and gold leaf - one for each Oscar won.
Working Title
Films —		 Filming in Helmsly, Yorkshire. The cake was filmed being eaten first, but was later required to appear complete and untouched for an earlier scene in the film. We were retained on location for two days to do the reconstruction!
Cribbs Causeway Shopping Centre,
Bristol —		 1500 portion chocolate model of the Mall at Cribbs Causeway. Sold over a long weekend, slice by slice, to raise money for their new charity foundation.
